Associate - IT Engineering Services (RPA Developer) - Chennai, India - Freshworks

Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation for RPA processes and solutions.
• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end users on RPA tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of RPA development experience.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
• Automation Anywhere certification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in continuous learning.

● Certifications in Program management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc)
● Industry certifications in compliance or security are a plus
● Knowledge of, or experience working with, Cloud technologies/environments
● Experience with SaaS organizations and products
