    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
    • Showcase expertise in Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and other modules.
    • Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems for seamless data flow.
    • Utilize JavaScript and Glide API for scripting and custom solution development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, configurations, and integrations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication.
    • Experince of ITIL,ITSM,HRSD processes and best practices.
