    Qualification:


    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or PCNSE are highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in presales engineering or technical consultancy roles, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions and services.
    • Indepth knowledge of Palo Alto Networks product portfolio, including firewalls, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and cloud security offerings.
    • Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and architectures, with the ability to design and implement complex security solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving customer success and delivering bestinclass solutions that address realworld cybersecurity challenges.
    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Technical Consultation: Act as the primary technical advisor to clients, understanding their cybersecurity requirements and recommending tailored Palo Alto Networks solutions to address their specific needs.

    Solution Demonstrations:

    Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Palo Alto Networks solutions, effectively highlighting their value proposition to prospective clients.


    • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design customized security architectures and configurations based on their infrastructure, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation that effectively communicate the features, benefits, and ROI of Palo Alto Networks solutions to prospective clients.
    • Technical Enablement: Provide enablement sessions to sales teams, partners, and customers on Palo Alto Networks products, ensuring a deep understanding of their capabilities and positioning within the market.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity space, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
    • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and advocating for their needs within the organization to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
