- Manage first-mile and last-mile logistics for Ola Electric's two-wheeler electric vehicle portfolio
- Plan and budget logistics requirements for the next 6 months
- Manage costs, turnaround times, and route mapping for first-mile and last-mile trucks
- Source and ensure a steady supply of trucks
- Work closely with transporters to provide supply chain assurance and commitment for truck loads
- 15-20 years of experience in managing transportation and logistics
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with a two-wheeler original equipment manufacturer (OEM) such as Honda, TVS, Hero, Suzuki, or Ather, in a similar role (either regional head or overall head)
- Strong relationships with transporters
- An MBA degree is preferred
