    Responsibilities:

    1.Work closelywith business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements forSalesforce CRMimplementation.

    2.Design andconfigure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirementsincluding custom objects workflows process builder validation rulesand other declarativefeatures.

    3.Collaborate withSalesforce developers to design and implement custom solutionsusing Apex Visual force Lightning Components and other programminglanguages.

    4.Conduct usertraining sessions and create documentation to ensure successfuladoption of Salesforcesolutions.

    5.Provide ongoingsupport and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementationsincluding troubleshooting issues and optimising systemperformance.

    6.Stay currentwith Salesforce updates new features and best practices torecommend and implement continuousimprovements.

    7.Assist in datamigration activities ensuring data integrity and consistency withinthe Salesforceplatform.

    8.Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customerservice to align Salesforce solutions with businessprocesses.

    9.Provide support for businesses seeking toimprove their customer servicepractices.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or relatedfield.

    Criteria:

    1.Should be open to relocate to New Zealand ifselected
