- Documentation: Ensure all accounting review activities are well-documented.
- Performance & Risk Management: Prepare and present performance and risk reports.

- Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations within the financial services industry, with at least 3 years managing teams of size more than 4 members.
