We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions and revenue. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, create compelling content and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The Email Marketer will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our email marketing efforts remain effective and competitive.

*Responsibilities:*

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Create engaging email content including copy, images, and calls-to-action.

Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behavior and preferences.

Design and optimize email templates for maximum impact and deliverability.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and new technologies in email marketing.

*Qualifications:*

Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact or HubSpot.

Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, personalization and automation.

Excellent copywriting and creative skills with a keen eye for design.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
