    ResponsibilitiesToexecute initiatives that contribute towards creating a performanceoriented workforce by identification management and development oftalent Partner with departmentand function heads to articulate their Kras and define measures ofsuccess Track the completion of KRA settingfor all employees Rollout and communicationSupport the goal setting process for Indus by facilitatingthe articulation of KRAs and their measurement for allemployees Defining CirclePerformance Metrics Work with IT to ensurethe availability of the KRAs in the HRMSDrive performance appraisal process mid year and annual year forthe circles Managing executionof Post Annual Appraisal and Mid Year Review Feedback survey toassess employee satisfaction with theprocesses Ensure timely closureof mid year and annual year performance cycle as per the agreedtimelines.
    Automation and design changes forthe HR systems related to Talent Management (PMS process competencymapping L&Dintegration with HRMSetc.) Creating a culture and mindset changein people towards TalentManagement
