- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital innovation, technology management, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing organisation or technology driven organisation
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and IoT, and their application in business contexts.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital innovation projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and the ability to translate technological trends into actionable insights.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships is desirable.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or innovation management is a plus.
