    Overview:

    I am lookingfor a Female Receptionist who can join within 15 to 7 days.TheFront Office Executive plays a crucial role in the organization asthey are the face of the company responsible for creating apositive first impression for visitors and clients. They manage thefront desk operations and provide administrative supportcontributing to the overall efficiency of theworkplace.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Greeting andwelcoming visitors with a professional and friendlydemeanor
    • Managing incoming calls and directingthem to the appropriate person ordepartment
    • Handling correspondence includingemails letters and packages
    • Maintaining thereception area and ensuring it is tidy andpresentable
    • Assisting in booking meetings andscheduling appointments
    • Managing officesupplies and inventory
    • Coordinating with otherdepartments to ensure seamlesscommunication
    • Providing clerical andadministrative support to theorganization
    • Assisting in arranging travel andaccommodation for staff and visitors
    • Recordingand updating contact information
    • Handling basicinquiries and providing information to clients andvisitors
    • Ensuring security and confidentialityof the front office area
    • Assisting in basicbookkeeping tasks such as invoicing andrecordkeeping
    • Assisting in organizing companyevents and meetings
    • Managing and distributingincoming and outgoing mail

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent qualification
    • Prior experience ina similar role or customer service position isadvantageous
    • Proficiency in using officesoftware and equipment
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
    • Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities
    • Customeroriented approach and abilityto handle inquiries professionally
    • Ability tomaintain a professional and neatappearance
    • Knowledge of basic administrativeand clerical procedures
    • Ability to prioritizetasks and manage time effectively
    • Familiaritywith basic bookkeeping practices is aplus
    • Ability to work independently and as partof a team
