    Description

    1. The GR Executive will be reporting to the Manager Operations & Guest Relations.

    2. GR Executives are responsible to welcome the patients and visitors. The GR Executives must attend the questions related to appointments and schedule of the patients.

    3. GR Executives are responsible to respond quickly to requests made by the patients and bystanders.

    4. GR Executive is responsible to receive and answer calls as well as handling the queries of the patients related to the timings and appointments.

    5. GR Executives are responsible to courtesy calls to patients to remind them of an upcoming appointment.

    6. GR Executives are responsible to wear the stipulated uniform while on duty.

    7. GR Executives are responsible to open appointment times to record the patient information and details regarding the reason for the appointment.

    8. GR Executives must also provide an organized environment, keeping paperwork updated and prepared so that patient's relevant information is readily available to the doctors and nurses.

    9. GR Executives are responsible to Registration of new patients, perform Out Patient Billing and receive Cash and issue stay pass for bystanders and also responsible to give appointment of doctors.

    10. The GR Executives are responsible to settle complaints/clarifications of customers promptly and efficiently. If it is beyond their capacity, the matter should be immediately report to the Manager Operations & Guest Relations.

    11. The GR Executive although have fixed working hours can be asked to work for extra hours in case of emergencies.

    12. The GR Executive will be responsible to maintain close and cordial relationship with all the staff and departments of the hospital and stay informed about all services and developments in the hospital and should acquaint with the latest developments in their field of work.

    13. The GR Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their respective counter.

    14. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
