    Responsibilities:

    Partner primarily with sales and product teams to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of ads performance on the platform

    Work with multiple stakeholders to build automated reporting and business intelligence solutions

    Conduct Ad-hoc & Deep dive analysis that helps the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities

    Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth

    Define the data strategy, set up and test hypotheses, design new strategies and algorithms and measure the impact

    Must haves:

    Bachelors' in Engineering,Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute.

    2+Years of experience in relevant roles. E-tail/Consumer internet experience preferred not mandatory.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.

    Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

    Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.

    Strong bias for Action - noon works at a very rapid pace.

    Hands on experience in using SQL, Excel, Python in a business environment with large -scale, complex data sets.

    Should have worked on cloud-based platform like GCP, Azure or AWS
