The idealcandidate will have a strong understanding of US GAAP accountingrules coupled with a desire for continuous learning and growth.Proficiency in QuickBooks and MSOffice especially Excel isessential. The role involves leading a team handling multipleassignments performing and reviewing bookkeeping and accountingservices managing finance concepts as well as addressing clienttechnical issues and ensuring professional communication andinteraction.

CandidateQualifications:
The candidate shouldpossess strong quantitative analytical written and presentationskills with a core understanding of finance and accountingconcepts. Additionally the ability to manage a team effectively andreview final entries/reports prepared by associates before clientsubmission is crucial. The individual should demonstrate excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to maintain professionalclient and teaminteractions.
