Worldpay's Transaction Processing specializes in delivering online payment services to our customers and are looking for Engineers to join our team and take our systems to the next level. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we strive to deliver effective solutions for our customers using our evolving payment platform.We are looking for proactive team players who would like to work in the Fintech sector, with likeminded individuals that want to develop robust and scalable applications for the growing market. We monitor payment processing for US Merchants & Banks, works on Incident, Inbound/Outbound calls to US, Incident blogs & bridges, Monitor tools etc

What you will be doing

• Provide level 1 and level 2 support for client-facing systems and applications including mainframes, networks, processor links.
• The job of the transaction processing engineer is to monitor transaction/payment traffic for merchants, financial institutions & networks (VISA. MasterCard, American Express, Discover Etc, this monitoring involves working on both automatically generated tickets, and Manual tickets.

What you bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in System Operations Analyst
• Working knowledge of Service now, basics of Mainframe.
• Should have worked for Payment Industries.
• Prior Experience of Supporting US customers over the call.
