    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience with modern accounting software, and the ability to manage HR-related administrative tasks effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accounts Payable: Manage the complete process of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payments to suppliers, and reconciliation of payments.
    • Accounts Receivable: Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
    • Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
    • Payroll Administration: Coordinate the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, processing of payroll transactions, and compliance with tax laws.
    • Financial Audits: Support the preparation for annual audits by maintaining accurate records and providing necessary documentation to auditors.
    • Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance against the budget.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting, with a preference for candidates who have handled HR administrative tasks.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, , Zoho, etc.) is highly preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of payroll procedures and basic HR functions.
