Planning &strategizing approach for litigation and exploring novel ways toresolve tax disputes of clients. Innovating & enhancingprocesses to achieve commercial targetseffective. Researching estimated servicecost & man hours required for project prior to pitching.
    Drafting & presenting proposals to clients with guidance ofPartners.

    Building commercial substance inthe current process & procedure and constantly innovatingand improvising on the processes & plans for closingassignments Appearances and arguments beforeadjudication and appellate authorities up to the Tribunal.

    Developand maintain an effective working relationship with the taxauthorities relevant members of the business and functional teamsother members of the local tax and international tax teams andexternal serviceproviders
    Client Management& BusinessDevelopment Proactivelycommunicating responding and sharing updates & developmentof assignment on a regular basis withclients.

    Be the central point of contact andliaise with your client stakeholders Managers local stakeholdersand the team. Proactively developing andmaintaining relationships with CFOs and Tax Directors therebycreating a highquality professional network. Demonstratingprofessionalism by working within legal and regulatory guidelineswhile remaining independent and objective at alltimes. Identifying leads from public& private sources and constantly evaluating feasibility ofnew opportunities. Sharing new potential client database withPartners for review and guidance. Supportingpartners to prepare pitch proposals for clientmeetings.

    A/CMining/Revenue Identifyingnew business opportunities in existing clients by keenly keepingtrack of developments at the client end tax arena and overallindustry trends. Building credibility anddelivering high quality solutions while building rapport withclient and key stakeholders to ensure repeatbusiness.
    KnowledgeManagement Understanding thetax compliance landscape and ideate how technology can be usedinternally (by tax professionals in the firm) and externally (byindustry clients) to make the compliance process more effectivesimpler speedier and qualitatively superior.
    Acquiring industry insights to improvise on current services.
    Developing content for networking in external eventsseminars. Sharing knowledge acquired fromexternal forums with team members. Regularly update Knowledgemanagement database with newupdates.
