Job summary

Act as the point of contact between senior management and internal or external colleagues handle correspondence directed to senior management schedule meetings and appointments take dictation and minutes and write them up subsequently coordinate executive communications including taking calls responding to emails and interfacing with clients prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners coordinate complex scheduling extensive calendar management making travel arrangements detailed travel itineraries arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace maintain current filing database system looking for ways to improve current systems produce reports presentations uphold strict level of confidentiality develop sustain level of professionalism among staff clientele.
