    Experience: 7-8 years in Tech, product, marketing services purchases, and vendor management.


    Responsibilities:1) Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of buyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure individual and collective success.

    2) Strategic Sourcing:

    • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors that align with the company's objectives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.

    3) Tech & Software Expertise:

    • Utilize a deep understanding of technology, software, and product-related purchases to make informed procurementdecisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather specific requirements and stay updated on industry trends.

    4) Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with technology and software vendors to secure favourable agreements.
    • Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

    5) Market Analysis:

    • Stay abreast of technological advancements, pricing trends, and industry developments.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities for cost savings and technological advancements.

    6) Cost Management:

    • Implement cost-effective strategies while ensuring the acquisition of cutting-edge products.
    • Monitor and analyse spending patterns, identifying areas for potential cost reductions.

    7) Risk Management:

    • Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with technology & software procurement.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's interests.

    8) Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, Tech, Product, Data Science, Business Insights and operations teams.
    • Communicate effectively with technology vendors to build strong partnerships and address any issues promptly.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree (Eng. /Business).
    • 5-10 years of experience in a procurement or buying role, with a focus on technology, software, and product-related purchases.
    • Proven track record of successful negotiations and cost management within the tech industry.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
