    Requirements:

    • Finding and verifying creators from YouTube, Instagram, Celebrities, KOL, etc. for different brands
    • Be the owner of core business processes that form the backbone of GoPromoto's operations. These processes will span easy filtration for creators based on various filters, like city, category, platform, pricing, historical data, audiences, rating, etc.;
    • Build strong relationships with necessary stakeholders, both internal & external.
    • Negotiating and closing with influencers for their price rates for brand campaigns.
    • Updating price rates for creators internally every month.
    • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals;
    • To understand the client's mindset and their influencer requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • End-to-end negotiation with influencers
    • At least 3 years of experience with respect to handling good accounts and brands campaigns and an outreach with variety of influencers
    • Understanding social media trends and researching the top creators in the industry
    • End-to-end coordination with influencers and closing them on their lowest prices
    • Analyzing all influencer data and making informed recommendations
    • Daily reporting and discussions with the internal team and business team on requirements
    • Ability to negotiate, including monetary deals
    • Knowledge of the influencer marketing and management industry is a must-have
    • Direct campaign timeline and ensure projects are completed on time; deliver influencer assets and coordinate logistics based on talent contracts
    • Dynamic problem-solving in case of crisis during campaigns
    • Spontaneity, problem-solving, and multitasking
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative bend of mind and shouldn't be afraid to think outside the box
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
