- Modular development of drag-and-drop templates for websites, landing pages, blogs, and emails
- Good knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools, or willingness to master this skill
- Nice to have experience in SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC) & Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Strong debugging skills, empowering you to efficiently manage first-level support

It encompasses tools for comprehensive customer data tracking with 360° view, sales along with renewals, marketing for effective campaigning and service processes, and fostering robust relationships for growth and satisfaction. We opt for top solutions like Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot, CDP & GCP, etc. to avoid platform dependency and ensure best-in-class tools.
We have 90+ colleagues in the GBS team and the CRM team consists of 21 people including technical, functional & techno-functional skill sets.
