    We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious folks to be a part of our Inside Sales Team.

    About the role

    1. Understanding customer needs and assisting them with the requested queries
    2. Support & provide customer service via calls
    3. Close Orders and complete monthly sales target
    4. Working on the assigned leads in CRM
    5. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers

    What are we looking for in a candidate?

    1. Great verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English languages.

    2. High energy, and motivation

    3. Great convincing skills

    4. Minimum 6 months prior full-time experience in Calling/Chat Sales

    5. Prior experience in B2C Sales is a

    6. Prior experience in EdTech sales is a
