- Administrator will be responsible for installation and Configuration of Hadoop, Deployment of applications across multiple Clusters and Instance and Cloudera cloud environment setup.
- Monitoring of the environment, User provisioning, Security Policies and providing the best practices.
- Responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise Hadoop environment also Involves designing, capacity arrangement, cluster set up, performance fine-tuning, monitoring, structure planning, scaling and administration.
- The administrator consultant will work closely with infrastructure, network, database, business intelligence and application teams to ensure business applications are highly available and performing within agreed on service levels.
- Need to implement concepts of Hadoop eco system such as YARN, MapReduce, HDFS, HBase, Zookeeper, Pig and Hive.
- 5+ years of experience in Hadoop Admin and Cloudera experience.
- Hands on experience into Linux, SQL, Python and Shell Scripting is required.
- Open Shift, Kubernetes and Azure Cloud knowledge will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of FIS' products and services.
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization.
- Knowledge of financial services industry.

This role is for our MBP – Implementation Team. This team is involved in Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
