About The Role:

• Leverage conceptual & visualization abilities to create Wireframes, Prototypes and Information Architecture incorporating best practices around UX Design, Interactive Design and Visual Design.
• Collaborate across functions (product, engineering, marketing) to help set roadmaps that will achieve business goals through design
• Understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective design solutions
• Deliver high quality technical designs with high performance, scalability and flexibility across all businesses.
• Design and enhance wireframes, build interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams, and other UIUX design solutions for Desktop & Mobile products.
• Validate designs using a variety of user testing methodologies
• Synthesize analytical data and share the results with stakeholders including team members; iterate designs rapidly based on learnings.
• Deliver design solutions within a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary team.
• Act in a creative, curious, and questioning capacity; be open to giving and receiving constructive criticism.

Who should apply for this role?

• 4 - 8 years of experience working with online / digital solutions
• Excellent UI design portfolio
• Demonstrable experience creating Mobile & Desktop products, with the ability to create basic website designs, a minimum requirement.
• Manage the design of large and complex systems of interaction using a human-centered approach.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to hold design discussions, both within the team & with stakeholders, through design sprints and other creative routes
