About the Role:

As the Manager of Business Finance (FP&A) at Quess, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis within the organization. Your responsibilities will span revenue governance, margin governance, working capital governance, MIS development, financial result analysis, financial planning, and compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive finance transformation and contribute to the strategic direction of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• revenue processes including contracting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• margin governance initiatives, including cost optimization strategies and sustainable cost reduction analysis.
• working capital, focusing on unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection, and improving debt aging and PDD.
• and maintain MIS for the business unit, tracking sales performance and conducting other essential analytics.
• and analyse monthly financial results, providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
• the financial plan of the business unit in collaboration with the business head.
• periodic MIS reports on various parameters and fulfil ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Drive and improve existing management reporting to be more accurate and timely
• in investigations and audits as necessary to ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory requirements.
• finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• qualified with 5 to 6 years & Graduate with 8 to 10 years of industry experience in the IT Services Industry, preferably in T&M.
• analytical & problem solving skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
• of SAP is essential for this role.
• with MS Power Platform is required; proficiency in Tableau is a plus.
• experience leading a small team is a must.
