    Job Title: Intern Talent Acquisition

    Location: Mumbai

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Sourcing Candidates: Assist in the identification and sourcing of potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and university networks.
    • Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills, and forward suitable candidates for further evaluation.
    • Interview Coordination: Support the scheduling of interviews and communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
    • Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through phone and email to inform them about job opportunities, answer their questions, and build a positive candidate experience.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update recruitment reports as needed.
    • Assist in Onboarding: Collaborate in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, assisting in orientation, and helping new hires acclimate to the organization.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, contributing insights to enhance the recruitment strategy.
    • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
