Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
·Gain a full understanding of the capabilities of the company under Biosciences Division
·Act as an ambassador of Thermo Fisher Scientific and fully embrace the company values.
·Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers.
·Drive Business revenue from assigned Institutes/Territory directly & thru dealers.
·Onboarding new accounts in the assigned territory.
·To be familiar with key stakeholders/customers from the Life Science Industry in the assigned territory.
·Provide reports on a regular basis as requested. Such reports will include customer connection reports, performance to targets, project progress, SFDC updates etc..
·Implement a business plan for running assigned territory and product workflow annually.
·Develop presentations and customer proposals including structuring appropriate payments and contract milestones.
·Build large opportunity leads and actively follow-up quotations with the aim of improving numbers and conversion rates.
·Develop a strong understanding of the features and benefits of competitive products.
·Must maintain high ethical standards to support a professional business code of conduct.
Desired Experience:
·Current experience in Indian/MNC in Life Science Segment and Bio Pharma
· Lifesciences with Experience could range from 4-8yrs
·Should have strong understanding of Indian Research Institutes /Biotech Markets/Biopharma
·Responsible for delivering revenue targets for business area of responsibility and have budgetary responsibility for marketing spend in the region
·Must be well organized, have multi-tasking ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
·Should be able to prioritize and have excellent problem-solving skills pertaining to the India Market.
