    Job Title: Analyst - Talent Growth

    The key focus for you as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is to build a large funnel / pipeline of screened candidates. A key element of this position is the ability to attract highly-competitive and best-fit candidates with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective funnel . Success in this role will be determined by providing an increased number of qualified candidates. Major

    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with searce.

    2. Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Searce

    3. Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks (e.g. , Github, Cutshort, Etc.)

    4. Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criterias

    5. Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans.

    6. Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS.

    7.Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.

    8. Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc

    Education & Experience

    Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree in HR or technology and prefer an MBA or Masters in Human Resources.

    1. We are not looking at someone aged 22-26 with 30 years of experience

    2. 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing is what we are looking at, preferably in product management or consulting background.

    3. Someone with a flair for Technology

    4. Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles Are you the one?
