    Description
    We are seeking a driven and analytical Rewards Professional to join our growing team in North America.

    You will play a key role in developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs across the region, ensuring we remain an employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark salaries, benefits, and total rewards offerings.
    • Design and implement new reward programs aligned with business objectives and talent strategy.
    • Manage annual performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus and LTIP programs.
    • Communicate effectively with employees and leaders regarding rewards programs and policies.
    • Stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes impacting rewards practices.
    • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure effective implementation of rewards programs at the local level.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Human Resources, Compensation, or related field.
    • 510 years of experience in a Total Rewards or Compensation role.
    • Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and make datadriven recommendations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite expected and Successfactors system is a plus
