    Objective of the RoleBuild Damco offerings marketing strategy, execute the marketing plan with objective of brand establishment, and demand generation

    Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and run marketing plan for various Damco Offerings.

    Owns opportunity generation targetsCollaborate with Offering Heads/SMEs to build the marketing strategy and go to market themesOwn the strategy and development of marketing collaterals for lead generation and nurturingEnsure Damco's Visibility and Awareness in the right marketPlan, execute, and analyze the demand acquisition strategy to meet revenue goals including a mix of marketing tactics (SEM, SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.)Manage Damco's website and microsite for performance, visibility, and conversions.

    Recommend and implement approaches to website architecture, UI/UX, content, linking, and other factors to improve organic visibilityGather and draw insights from data/user behavior that can help define areas for improvement and optimizationWork cross-functionally with marketing, content, and tech teams to develop and manage A/B test optimizations, website projects, and other SEO initiativesWork with content teams to guide the strategy to impact visibility of content.

    Manage B2B reviews and listings sites like Clutch, G2, and Gartner Peer Insights etc.
    Should have experience of running Google Ads for technology services.
    Own and Improve conversions on organic marketing channelsResponsible for mentoring, coaching, and advocating for team. Work with Subject Market Experts, Content, Design and Tech Teams

    Qualification and ExperienceMBA (with Marketing/Communication specialization) or an equivalent degree.
    Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in B2B Demand Generation.
    Must have experience in marketing budget management and ROI generation.
    Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
