Responsibilities :

Hands on exp on Immuno Assay & Chromatography (HPLC)

To conduct training programmes on product requirements

Induction training for sales personnel

To provide product knowledge and selling skills to sales personnel

To develop the confidence through technical training and trouble shooting guidelines to new recruitments

To give technical guidelines for all Indian field force

To give product refreshment documents for updating their efforts in market

Attending customer complaints / trouble shooting

Demonstration application of new products at customer site

Analysis and preparation of products specifications

Comparison of products with competitors

Preparation & checking of promotional materials

Handling customer complaints

Technical support `and services about product specifications to customers/ sales personnel. Via e-mail, telephone and onsite
