    Description
    Partner with key business stakeholders to identify and drive organization-wide development initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy and growth objectives of the organization

    • Responsible for driving key initiatives within the organization
    • Performance management cycle, compensation & benefits, incentive planning & strategy, R&R programs, retention plans, etc.
    • Responsible for managing the goal setting exercise and driving succession planning in line with the overall vision of the organization
    • Research, design and launch Policy initiatives across the organization, while ensuring no deviation from compliance and regulatory requirements
    • Creation of Standard Operating Processes in line with existing and new Policies for seamless execution and end user acceptance
    • Continually coaching and building relations with line managers to ensure effective employee relation management
    • Lead talent development programs for employees across the hierarchy
    • Stay abreast with best industry practices and play an active role in the introduction and implementation of the same within the organization.
    - Candidate with MBA HR from Tier 1 College preferable
