    Job Title: International Sales Specialist - Factoring Project

    Job Description:

    As a Telesales Representative for the Factoring Project, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business leads and convert them into clients for our factoring services. You will be part of a dynamic sales team, working in a fast-paced environment to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation strategies.

    Engage with decision-makers, such as business owners, CFOs, and accounts payable managers, to understand their financing needs and educate them about the benefits of factoring.

    Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the advantages of our factoring services.

    Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, providing accurate information and solutions to build trust and foster long-term relationships.

    Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including identifying target industries and market segments.

    Maintain a thorough understanding of our factoring products, pricing, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue goals and conversion rates.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, sales activities, and notes in the CRM system.

    Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and market changes related to factoring and alternative financing solutions.

    Participate in regular sales training sessions and team meetings to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record in telesales or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse prospects and build relationships over the phone.

    Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to overcome objections and close sales.

    Knowledge of factoring or alternative financing solutions is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and understand factoring concepts is essential.

    The results-oriented mindset with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

    Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, MS Office, and web-based applications.

    Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
