    Role Objective

    As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in spearheading sales strategies, overseeing a committed sales team, and amplifying our market influence. Your leadership will be pivotal in propelling our sales division toward growth and broadening our footprint within the agricultural technology and products sector. You will bear the responsibility of formulating and executing strategic sales initiatives and nurturing robust client relationships within your designated geographical zone.

    WEST ZONE : 01 Position : Maharastra & Gujarat

    SOUTH ZONE : 01 Position : Karnataka, Telangana, Andhar Pradesh & Tamil Nadu

    Minimum Work Experience : 8 years Post Qualification

    Minimum Education Required : Graduation in Business Administration or related discipline.

    Key Responsibilities/Functions

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to your zone, aligning with company objectives and market dynamics.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to formulate and execute sales plans that drive growth and market penetration.
    • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development.
    • Establish a collaborative and motivated team environment that promotes success.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners in your zone.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver exceptional service to ensure lasting customer satisfaction.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic account management.
    • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates on sales performance.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and monitor progress toward achieving zonal sales goals.
    • Uphold adherence to all sales policies and procedures while implementing tools and technologies to optimize efficiency.
    • Identify and assess market expansion opportunities within your designated zone.
    • Drive innovative approaches to penetrate new markets and capitalize on emerging trends.
    • Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to promote our products and solutions.
    • Strategically planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on achieving specific objectives.
