You will act as Point of contact between customer and Aujas .you will be responsible for Customer interactions, solutions delivery ,client management , delivery management ,People management , team leading activities .Overall you will managing consultant/Sr consultant developers within this project.

Reporting to Project manager /VP/SVP's.

You will be leading & providing Ping identity related solutions to the client , resolving conflicts , Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING.

You will be to Involved in Development, Designing ,Testing and Troubleshooting Applications onboarding and access issues.

Job description

Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PINGSSO service development, onboarding, service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced featuresEngineering expertise in PING products and technologies PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne etc.

Attend all required meetings with application teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.
Connecting application teams and gathering required information for new onboardings appsShould work on lower and production environments.
Design, Test and Troubleshoot Applications onboarding and access issues
