- Bachelors degree inconstruction management engineering or a related field (mastersdegree is a plus)
- 10 years of experience as aconstruction project manager in the hotel industry orsimilar
- Strong knowledge of constructionprocesses materials and methods
- Familiaritywith local building codes andregulations
- Excellent project management skillsincluding budgeting and scheduling
- Strongleadership and team managementabilities
- Effective communication andnegotiation skills
- Problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills
