About the Job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Odoo Consultant. The Senior Odoo Consultant will implement Odoo ERP solutions, customize modules, provide training and support to clients, and analyze business requirements to create effective software.

Main Responsibilities

Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with clients' operational needs.
Provide ongoing support and training to enable clients to use the system effectively and optimize their business operations.
Analyze client requirements and create solutions that enhance business efficiency and drive value.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting high standards of quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to project management efforts, guiding junior consultants, and adhering to best practices.

Requirements

Experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and configurations.
Able to analyze and understand business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of Python programming language.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
