    Role: Dot Net Developer

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with business stakeholders to grasp requirements, prototype, develop, and deploy solutions.

    • Manage the backend code you are responsible for, ensuring maintenance, performance, and security.

    • Stay updated on the latest technologies and adopt those that aid in safe and swift product delivery.

    • Automate repetitive tasks to focus on productivity.

    • Take charge of your own professional growth and that of the team.

    • Tune applications for optimal performance.
    • • Drive initiatives and manage changes to meet business objectives efficiently and safely.
    • • Mentor full-stack developers on backend skills.
    • Provide support for problem resolution related to application issues.

    • Produce necessary documentation for team operations.

    • • Represent OJ Commerce as a brand ambassador by participating in events and conferences.
    • • Embrace changing dynamics in responsibilities for an exciting work environment.
    • • Lead the digital transformation of legacy applications.

    What you need to excel:

    • Prior experience in modernizing legacy applications.
    • Passionate hands-on developer with expertise in Microsoft ASP.NET technologies, SOA, Micro-Services, and RESTful Services.
    • Ability to work on both the big picture (Application Architecture) and intricate details.
    • Proficient in C#, .NET, LINQ, MVC, ASP.NET Web API, .Net Core, and more.
    • Familiar with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
    • Strong Object-Oriented Programming skills and practical design-pattern knowledge.

    • Practical experience in building SOA or Micro-services, particularly on .NET Core.

    • Architectural prowess with a focus on high code quality.

    • Knowledge of ReactJS/Typescript is beneficial.

    • Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies and CI/CD.

    • Experience with Extreme Programming (TDD) is preferred.
