- Design, enhance and implement the End User Compute platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience.
- Define the plant EUC roadmap.
- Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services, and support.
- Evaluation of new tools & technologies & preparation of business case in the EUC domain
- Architect, design and manage the Asset management, Microsoft AD, SCCM, Intune & O365 platform along with the governance & deployment.
- Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider.
- Preparing and reviewing IT Infrastructure related RFPs as well as evaluating the bids received and giving recommendation on vendor selection.
- Overseeing vendor/partner to ensure relevant deliverables with agreed SLA as well as objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risks are aligned.
- Knowledge on Microsoft & Other OEM Software License and reconciliation of the same.
- Manager Services Partner management – Tickets, SLA & KPI
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- of managing Team / End user Services will be preferred
