    Responsibilities :

    • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector to inform data analysis efforts.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Familiarity with insurancespecific concepts such as claims processing, underwriting, and risk assessment.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
    • Experience with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
    • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
    • Domain knowledge in Insurance industry is an advantage.
