Role Overview:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>The Business development Associate will be
responsible for managing and driving sales growth of SAAS products in India.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>This is a field -based role that involves
extensive travel to build relationships with clients and resellers, identify
new market opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Based in Central Bangalore, the position
requires on -site client interactions, conducting product demonstrations, and
ensuring successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
1. Sales Development:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and
exceed revenue targets.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and pursue new business opportunities
in targeted regions within India.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging with
potential clients and distributors.
<\/p>

2. Client and
Distributor Management:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish and maintain strong relationships with
clients and distributors.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as the primary point of contact for clients,
addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Negotiate and finalize contracts with partners.
<\/p>
3. Market Research
and Analysis:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyse market trends, competitor activities,
and customer requirements in India.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide insights and recommendations to refine
sales strategies and product offerings.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay updated on relevant trade regulations and
compliance requirements.
<\/p>
<\/p>
4. Product
Demonstrations and Presentations:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct on -site and virtual product
demonstrations tailored to the needs of clients.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop compelling sales presentations to
showcase product value and benefits.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with marketing teams to create
region -specific promotional materials.
<\/p>
<\/p>
5. Travel and Field
Engagement:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Travel extensively within India to meet clients,
distributors, and resellers.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Represent the company at trade shows,
exhibitions, and client meetings.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
through regular face -to -face interactions.
<\/p>
6. Reporting and CRM
Management:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales
activities, and analyse performance metrics.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and present sales reports to the
management team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of
client interactions and sales activities.
<\/p>
<\/p>
7. Collaboration and
Strategy Development:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with internal teams, including
marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales
orders.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to the development of long -term
strategies for expanding markets in India.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide feedback to product teams on client
requirements and preferences.

Required Skills and
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
<\/p>
Experience:<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>2 -5 years of experience in sales, including
selling SaaS products in India.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
<\/p>
Sales Skills<\/b>:
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong negotiation, presentation, and
relationship -building skills.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM
tools for managing sales pipelines and client data.
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communication: <\/span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
with fluency in English and any regional languages (preferred).

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel and meet
clients.
