    Description

    We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive for our IT Sales team, with experience in the range of 1 to 5 years. A detailed job description is posted below:

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Define and support adhering to new business development strategy and process.
    • Participate in discussion with new "shown interest" leads.
    • Responsible for drafting minutes of meetings/calls and rating the lead in Salesforce.
    • Responsible for follow-up activities after the call with new hot leads; for ex: share case studies, approach notes, any documents with the new lead to build confidence.
    • Discuss with marketing team and enable reusable email templates and documents.
    • Accountable for SQL (Sales qualified lead) - converting hot lead (after the initial meeting) to an opportunity.
    • Opportunity management of new business generated from Lead generation team.
    • Responsible to generating own lead - from their own prospecting efforts too.
    • Discuss with marketing team and drive campaigns.
    • Prepare details of the opportunity (pre-sales requirement highlight), discuss with pre-sales solution team, estimate coordination and drafting proposal.
    • Update SF CRM on daily basis and reporting progress from SF CRM
    • Share activity and status of Leads / Opportunities through SF on progress with every deal.
    • Forecast revenue and pipeline.
    • Pipeline development, grooming and nurturing.
    • Engage with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics AE to generate leads.
    • Managing pipeline in partner community or portals of our OEM's.
