    Description
    Key Responsibilities Daily coordination with online channels account managers for key metrics discussion

    • Daily checks on merchandising and ensuring participation in all relevant promotions
    • Plan and execute brand promotions on various channels in collaboration with account managers
    • Inventory checks for portals and inventory health management
    • Keeping check on product reviews and ratings, informing relevant stakeholders of specific issues, taking actions on website rectification
    • Keeping a check on new seasonal products on online and offline channels and submitting suggestions to relevant stakeholders
    • Developing business plans and their implementation to achieve given sales targets
    • Meet monthly and annual sale targets have weekly performance analysis and layout appropriate weekly action plan
    • Make and execute plans for business growth in all aspects channels, geographies, product line, etc.
    • Have a sharp understanding of customer needs & and requirements communicate the same effectively with the sourcing team
    • Identify and relay information on upcoming trends and product gaps in the market
    • Monthly reports to be maintained
    • Create daily, weekly, and monthly plans for new and existing product cataloguing, photoshoots
    • Manage team efficiently for timely product catalog creation, uploads, and golive basis agreed on plan
    • To undertake final QC and approval of product catalogs with respect to accuracy
    • Manage a team to efficiently complete ontime key operational tasks of cataloging, inventory management, MIS and reporting, and data entry among other tasks
    • Plan and recommend marketing and Ads weekly plan at a product level monitor their performance and take required rectification actions for improvement

    Requirements:

    • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
    • Proven relevant work experience of at least 3 years
    • Proficient in analytics and forecasting
    • Experience in online sales management
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
    • Strong project management and leadership skills
    • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
