    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in solid oral dosage manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth in the Skites pharmaceutical market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Strategy and Expansion:

    Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate and expand our presence.

    Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging market segments to position the company strategically.

    Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

    Gather market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.

    Understand client needs and align our offerings to meet their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Negotiate and establish partnerships that are mutually beneficial and contribute to revenue growth.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:

    Lead sales efforts by developing and executing sales strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and contract management.

    Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
