Job Description: Assistant Manager (Engineering Services & Business Development)
An Assistant Manager in Business Development is crucial for organizations aiming to expand their reach, enhance client relationships, and drive growth. An Assistant Manager in Business Development contributes significantly to the organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Clients Meetings (Local & Outstation) on Product-applications and solutions
- Business development by increasing the existing pan-India client-base
- Product-demonstration, installation, and after-sale service
- Business promotion of Analytical Instruments - Line of Sensors such as Strain gages and Strain gauge-based Transducers, Amplifiers, Data Acquisition systems and related Software, Wireless Load Cells & Telemetry systems, Clean Room monitoring systems etc.
- Project based: Capital equipment / Instruments requirements of;Aerospace, Defence, CSIR/DSIR sponsored projects of IIT campuses, NAL, etc.
Desired Candidate profile:
- B.E/B.Tech Graduate (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics)
- Must have 05 to 08 years of working experience in below fields…
- Analytical Measurement services (using Sensors, Data Loggers & software)
- Aerospace, Defence, Automobile, Energy, Engineering, Infrastructure, etc
- Strain gages and Strain gauge-based Transducers, Amplifiers, Data Acquisition systems and related Software, Wireless Load
- Cells & Telemetry systems, Clean Room monitoring systems etc.
- Project based: Capital equipment / Instruments requirements of;
- Effective& Clear communication with negotiating skills
- Hands on experience in Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp etc..)
- Must be proactive, Independent, Self-motivating, Positive, Organized & Responsible
- Must be willing to work in fast paced & set targets environment
Compensation: As per Company standards
