    The role of a Customer Grievance Officer is multifaceted, requiring exceptional communication skills to address customer complaints efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To resolve customer queries end-to-end, ensuring zero repeat and escalations
    • Manage customer grievances in defined timelines, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
    • Responsible for one or more districts, visiting designated locations to engage with customers and understand their concerns

    The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of operations activities in assigned geographies, provide timely support to customers, and effectively communicate the grievance redressal mechanism.

    In this capacity, the Customer Grievance Officer serves as a frontline ambassador, enlightening customers about bank policies, products, and services. They will also be responsible for updating knowledge on banking regulations and laws.

    A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
