- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls or meetings with prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products or services and demonstrate how they address customer needs.
- Develop and present customized solutions, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Assist in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and positioning to differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with product management to provide feedback on product features, enhancements, and roadmap.
- Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events to promote our solutions and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role in the technology/software industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.
