    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads and opportunities.
    • Conduct thorough discovery calls or meetings with prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements.
    • Articulate the value proposition of our products or services and demonstrate how they address customer needs.
    • Develop and present customized solutions, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects.
    • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
    • Assist in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and positioning to differentiate our offerings in the market.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
    • Collaborate with product management to provide feedback on product features, enhancements, and roadmap.
    • Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events to promote our solutions and generate leads.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role in the technology/software industry.
    • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.
