    Your Opportunity :

    • Establish a top-notch culture through quality assurance initiatives.
    • Lead high-quality SaaS product releases.
    • Design Automation frameworks for large-scale real-time server-side systems.
    • Manage Nonfunctional testing including Performance, Scale, Security, and more for a 24x7 system.
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers & managers.
    • Engage in diverse product aspects like UI, backend, big data lake, and ML systems.
    • Keep updated on emerging technologies for automation improvements.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet top-notch quality standards.

    Required Experience :

    • 12+ years of relevant experience.
    • 5+ years of management experience.
    • Advocate for Quality products and best practices.
    • Embrace agile practices from development to deployment.
    • Proficient in Testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and more.
    • Strong understanding of testing Microservices and languages like Java.
    • Solid grasp of large-scale distributed real-time systems and their testing.
    • Experience with Performance and Scale Testing, and cloud platforms like AWS.
    • Familiarity with Big Data tools like Spark and Hadoop.
    • Exposure to Secure best practices and Linux environment.
