JobResponsibility

Asan Architect you will work to solve some of the most complex andcaptivating data management problems that would enable them as adatadriven organization; Seamlessly switch between roles of anIndividual Contributor team member and Data Modeling Architect asdemanded by each project to define design and deliver actionableinsights.

Ona typical day you might
Engagethe clients & understand the business requirements totranslate those into data models.

Createand maintain a Logical Data Model (LDM) and Physical Data Model(PDM) by applying best practices to provide business insights.

Createand maintain the Source to Target Data Mapping document thatincludes documentation of all entities attributes datarelationships primary and foreign key structures allowed valuescodes business rules glossary terms etc.

Gatherand publish Data Dictionaries.

Involvein maintaining data models as well as capturing data models fromexisting databases and recording descriptive information.

Builddata warehouse & data marts (on Cloud) while performingdata profiling and quality analysis.

Useversion control to maintain versions of data models.

Designand develop data extraction and integration code modules.

Partnerwith the data engineers & testing practitioners tostrategize ingestion logic consumption patterns & testing.

Ideateto design & develop the nextgen data platform bycollaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders.

Involvein monitoring the project progress to keep the leadership teamsinformed on the milestones impediments etc.

Coachteam members and review codeartifacts

Requirements

10years of experience in Data space.
Significantexperience in one or more RDBMS (Oracle DB2 and SQL Server)
Realtimeexperience working in OLAP & OLTP database models(Dimensional models).
Comprehensiveunderstanding of Star schema Snowflake schema and Data VaultModelling. Also on any ETL tool Data Governance and Data quality.
Eyeto analyze data & comfortable with following agilemethodology.
Adeptunderstanding of any of the cloud services is preferred (Azure AWS& GCP)
Enthuseto coach team members & collaborate with variousstakeholders across the organization and take complete ownership ofdeliverables.

10+ years of experience in Data space.
