We are looking to hire a Delivery Manager for Interview Kickstart who has experience building & managing large engineering teams

    What will excite us?

    • 10+ years of experience working at large service-based organizations, e.g., TCS and Infosys.
    • 5+ years of experience as a software developer (preferably full-stack developer) at large service-based organizations, e.g., TCS and Infosys, building and leading complex projects.
    • 5+ years of experience as an engineering manager/leader at large service-based organizations, e.g., TCS and Infosys.
    • Experience managing "multiple" pods/large teams delivering large complex projects.
    • Experience hiring, building, and scaling software development teams from "scratch".
    • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.

    What will you be doing?

    • With a primary focus on efficiency and effectiveness, hire, manage, and mentor "multiple" pods/large teams with software developers of different levels of experience and skill sets (e.g., back-end development, front-end development, full-stack development, Webflow development, DevOps, QA, etc.).
    • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to software developers and weigh in on "critical" technical decisions.
    • Closely collaborate with stakeholders and product managers across different functions to align the development roadmap with the organization's vision.
    • Track critical engineering metrics, build insightful reports, convert insights to action items, measure progress, and continuously improve.
