    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in implementing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions and hands-on experience with the IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module in ServiceNow.

    The role will primarily focus on developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while ensuring seamless integration and scripting solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC projects, ensuring all requirements are met within the specified timeline.


    Perform hands-on development and customization of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.


    Develop and customize ServiceNow scripting solutions for GRC-related workflows, user interfaces, and automation using JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, etc.).

    Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.

    Collaborate closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, clarify doubts, and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to their needs.

    Design and implement security controls and best practices to ensure GRC solutions are efficient and compliant with industry standards.

    Support and enhance existing GRC solutions based on client feedback and evolving business requirements.

    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.

    Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and other team members.

    Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers on best practices for ServiceNow development.


    Skills and Qualifications:


    5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow GRC Developer, with strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementations.

    Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module.

    Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, etc.).

    Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and other integration tools.

    Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


    Experience working with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR), Security Operations (SecOps), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules is a plus.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

    Ability to manage customer interactions, gather requirements, and provide timely solutions.

    Shift Overlap:

    Must be available for at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST), specifically from 8 AM to 1 PM EST (6:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST).


    Preferred Qualifications:
    ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

    Experience working in Agile methodologies is desirable.
